I suppose you mean fat stuff. Fat is a flavor carrier and therefore it tastes more intense/better. I don’t know what you mean

Why are tasty tasty and saturating foods healthy and not well-tasting and saturating foods?

With this assessment, you’re wrong.

Surely you taste pizza. So if you would eat from today only pizza (applies to “unhealthy”) and your friend from today would only eat carrots (yield as “healthy”), you would actually live longer and healthier than your friend.

The correct answer is: A single food is never healthy or unhealthy. Only the Total a diet. If you all required nutrients sufficient and not too much, your diet is healthy – no matter what you eat or not.

I don’t think…

Such a strong lentil stew with a cooking sausage or a slice of smoke speck is saturating and healthy. This actually applies to every thick stew, whether with or without meat.

Or a fresh salad sprinkled with cheese and/or ham pieces with self-made dressing-saturated and tasted. It’s best to have a fill with butter.

Or hummus with fladen bread…

Or groceries with fresh fruit salad and whipped cream…

It always comes to the extent to which, not in masses or one-sided.

Is that true, or is it just your personal taste? I can’t understand. Even healthy foods taste many people including me when they are well prepared.

For example, I do not like unhealthy final consumption.

I can’t sign that.

Potatoes, rice, vegetables, legumes, fruits, pasture bark, fish, wild etc. is quite saturating, healthy and tasted.

Me, anyway.

Would also always be a good portion of roast potatoes with fried eggs, I don’t even need meat, a table of chocolate, chips or a burger.
