Warum sieht man die Bremsen beim fahrenden Auto?

Warum erkennt man bei sich drehenden Felgen mit 50% Flächenabdeckung die Bremsen dahinter? Warum ist es nicht andersherum, also alles dicht und man kann nicht durchsehen?

Your idea would be the same as shooting bullets on the day so that it gets dark.

Light comes through the interspaces. But since half of the light is covered by the spokes of the rim, the image you see is darker than the places you see when the wheel is standing.
