Warum sehe ich nachts Spinnen?
Hallo, ich habe das jetzt schon mehrere Jahre und in letzter Zeit wird es immer schlimmer. Ich schrecke manchmal aus dem Schlaf hoch und sehe Spinnen oder andere kleine Tiere auf mich zu krabbeln die nicht da sind.
Ich schrei dann immer echt laut auf und meine Schwester wird manchmal aufgeweckt davon. Manchmal kann ich mich überzeugen, dass sie nicht da sind (was sie auch wirklich nie sind), aber meist fang ich wirklich an einfach stark zu weinen und stundenlang nicht zu schlafen oder in einen anderen Raum zu gehen und dann da zu schlafen (manchmal bis zu 5 Tage weil ich denke die Spinne ist noch in meinem Zimmer).
Ich wollte fragen ob das normal ist oder was ich jetzt am besten machen sollte weil ich davor nie Drogen genommen hatte und anders auch keine anderen Halluzinationen habe.

I used to have mosquitoes or humming, etc. And once a bird spider.and it has crawled and stabbed etc with pain. That was all psychic. The worst thing you can do is get in. Try somewhere else or so and so calm. I always hid completely under the ceiling. But you need air. If it happens very often, go to a psychologist. But please don’t let anything happen directly.
