Why is my heart beating so fast?

Hello I am Nico 16 years old

I bought a vape for the first time today because I wanted to try it out. I know it's not for my age, but back then cigarettes were only legal for people over 16…

But in any case, I've already taken about 50-70 puffs and this is the second time I've had a "nicotine shock." I always have trouble breathing for about 20 minutes and feel a bit nauseous. I've just measured my pulse three times and it's always been over 100. Is this normal or should I stop smoking immediately?

I also have to do abdominal breathing quite often, which means I always have to breathe in slowly and stop for a moment and let my heart beat 2-3 times so that I can breathe better. Every now and then I take a drag on the e-cigarette and then my heart gets a quick start and beats strongly once.

I've had breathing problems before in my history…

My body: (if necessary)

Height: 172cm

Weight: 50Kg

bro, if you realize that you have such symptome, then I would let the smoke completely. it just gets worse the more often you do it.

shortness is often a result of smoking/vaps. I have drawn a vape some evenings and woke up in the morning with pain in the chest and stab at the breast side, which meant for me alone that I best let it be completely.

in the end it is left to you, it is “normal”, yes, but you should listen to your body because it does not report so negative for nothing.

You don’t smoke them first. Secondly, you don’t seem to be able to do it, so leave it or learn it.

If you feel these symptoms after smoking, the cause of your complaints might be smoking.

Life-threatening it would be rather unlikely to recommend it to smoke still ready when your body reacts so extremely to it it is certainly not.
