Why doesn't my family doctor say anything about my underweight?

Hello, I went to see my family doctor today because I wanted to tell him about my eating disorder and that I would like to go to a clinic.

But he didn't take me seriously at all and said I should be happy about my good figure (1.74 m and 44 kg), he said that you get fatter as you get older anyway.

I don't know what to do anymore…

To another doctor.

The doctor has a full shot… Doctor change… Or you can set yourself up.

that’s totally irresponsible. Firstly, you are already underweight, secondly, an eating disorder begins in your head. Also someone with overweight can suffer theore from e.g. anorexia

Yeah, you’re getting thicker in old. But on the one hand this is not guaranteed and on the other hand no reason to ignore massive underweight, especially since you seem to have been away from “old” for a while.

It would make sense to look for a reasonable manner. Your current is just bad.

Psychiatrists can also help. Or a therapist.

Something unprofessional, the doctor.

Find another pediatrician. You can also register yourself in a clinic. They’re gonna tell you what documentation you need……as instructions, doctor reports, etc. Or you’ll ask your health insurance if everything is to go fast.

Your other questions do not suggest eating disorders. On the contrary, you want to increase, but don’t make it despite eating… That’s not an eating disorder.

But I always have the comparison in my head and when I see that my mother eats nothing then I eat nothing. and I generally make my value dependent on the amount of food.

For God’s sake! You are underweight and you need treatment!! Don’t say that shit, it’s gonna be quick to act before everything gets worse.

But you’re too thin.

Body Mass Index (BMI) = 14.5

They should pay attention to their body weight. As an adult, with a body mass index below 18.5 underweight. Do not take any further off and talk to your doctor about your weight.
