It is quite normal the “lumpen” with in menstrual bleeding. These “clumps” are nothing more than geronnese blood and occurs more frequently in severe control bleeding and in the morning.

This depends on the composition of the liquids excreted during the period. This composition differs from individual to individual and can also differ depending on the time of the cycle, health condition and even nutrition in the same individual.

This is also different from individual to individual. If her female doctor does not say that this is a concern, it is quite normal for her.

The menstrual blood is from blood clots (medical:Koagelor coagulum? No reason for panic: In order for particularly viscous blood to be dissolved and more easily excreted, the body forms so-called anticoagulation substances.

Because thick parts are left in the uterus and can cause inflammation. It can also be that lumps/slab still hang halfway on the uterus wall and are not flushed out with the period, which then mutters in front of itself and can cause severe problems up to the uterus runner with subsequent total-OP (with withdrawal).
