Why are utility bills and certificates 35a EStG different?

Hello, I received the certificate 35a EStG from my landlord.

The "Your Share" figures on the utility bill and the figures on the certificate are different.

Is there a reason for this and is it all correct?

Best regards

Paragraph 35a refers only to the wage share of certain costs. It’s okay.

Probably no household-related services were involved. In garages this is rarely the case.
