Why do I like psychological pain?

I don't know why, but nothing gives me more than when the main character in a film or series loses everything they have and suffers unimaginable pain. It always makes me cry, and it takes a huge toll on me emotionally and psychologically.

The same applies to art. If you can see how much the person is suffering in the picture, I find the picture beautiful.

I am by no means a person who is turned on by such scenarios and in reality I never want to go through something like that in my life but even when I dream, I dream of struggles, losses and suffering

Why?
