Why do some men make a situation so uncomfortable?
Why are some men so disgusting and make me, as a woman, seem so unpleasant.
(I am not talking about all men and should not be generalized!!)
I was just walking my dog and passed a group of construction workers. Some of the men were standing outside, while others were sitting in their cars. As I walked past, almost all of them turned around and whistled at me. The men in the car even opened their doors and looked out.
I was so uncomfortable and felt so uneasy that I put my hood up.
Has this ever happened to you or have you experienced something similar?
(I know not all men are like this, so don't feel attacked.)
I know it, though I haven’t experienced it so often.
But I can understand that you felt uncomfortable, as so many men appear in the pack, you can be afraid that they want to bother you!
In Switzerland mainly Italian construction workers (of course not all) and the rest make comments. That was already my youth so 🤨
Yes, it was probably always in a way. How do you feel or did you feel that at the time?
They’re men, some are like that, others like that. Women scream at concerts, pull out and throw their bra on stage, that was already at Elvis, my mother told me. It’s not better.
maybe you’re such a Aurélie 😏😁
It happened to me and I’ll take it as a compliment.
This is like when women see babies and start with “heititeiti are you sweet”
Okay. Krass. I see it less than compliment and more than unnecessary humiliation.
In my opinion, this is a 5/6 men’s group at the age of 25-45 and can be denied to a younger woman (19).
Why do you think it’s humiliating when someone expresses that your face raptures him? Is it whistling?
How different sensations can be.
Among other things. For me, the whistle and simultaneous stiffening are perceived as unpleasant. As a jealous man, it’s a different way to bring it over and communicate. I’m not an animal in the zoo, for me this has absolutely nothing to do with mature thinking. Like they’ve never seen a woman before and besides that they could be my father.
that is called catcalling…and is respectless, there are on yt countless videos of
