Warum lässt sich mein Druckminderer nicht an die Gasflasche schrauben?
Hallo, ich habe aktuell das erste mal mit dem Thema Gasflaschen zu tun nachdem ich mir einen Schmelzofen von der Firma Devil Forge angeschafft habe. Vielleicht kennt der ein oder andere deren Produkte, sind ja doch recht bekannt.
Dabei war wie üblich ein Druckminderer für die Propangasflaschen die man zum Betrieb braucht. Laut Angaben geeignet für Deutschland, mit der Bezeichnung W21.8 x 1/14″ LH. Meine Gasflasche ist eine handelsübliche deutsche 11kg Propangasflasche wie man sie in jedem Baumarkt bekommt, Pfandflasche von Rheingas. Das im Inneren des Druckminderers zu sehende kleine Röhrchen passt perfekt in die Öffnung der Gasflasche, nur der äußere Teil mit dem Gewinde will einfach stur nicht am Gewinde der Flasche greifen.
Eigentlich ist das ganze ja ein Linksgewinde, durch linksdrehen nichts erreicht, dann aus Verzweiflung mal rechtsrum probiert aber auch da ohne Erfolg. Vielleicht weiß jemand was nicht stimmt oder was ich falsch mache? Sieht man vielleicht als Profi direkt dass das Teil doch nicht das richtige ist? Ich habe mal einen Link zu einem Video eingefügt wo ich probiere das Ding anzubringen, da die Einbettung in die Frage wohl nicht funktioniert.
Vielleicht hat jemand schon Erfahrungen gemacht mit diesem speziellen Teil und Produkten von Devil Forge speziell, selbst habe ich da noch nie was negatives gehört.

The mother at the pressure reducer has a right-handed thread when I recognized the photo correctly. And the bottle thread turns left.
Screwing them together, you won’t be able. This is only possible with finer threads over 40mm diameter, but also only once – destructive.
Okay, what do you realize that this is a right thread? don’t even see a start, has a bit confused, but I’m not the most gifted.
It is best seen in comparison with a normal, as large as possible right-winding screw. As you usually almost never get left thread into your hand, so almost every screw/mother.
The mother has a right-handed thread, you can see on the thread.
A nut with left thread would have a circumferential groove.
Or a manual screw connection at the pressure reducer
Okay, I’ve already tried to turn right, so how can I just not get that thing? I’d be glad if it were human failure then I wouldn’t have to buy or exchange anything new…
Don’t turn right. flammable gases always have a left thread as a connection screw. Let’s see a link to your printer.
According to the manufacturer and imprint on the controller, I should have exactly them. I believe there was a mistake in assembly, was in the construction market today and had me consulted, as we tested my bottle with one of their products and that worked, because the screw was somewhat larger than mine. On mine is the correct model W21.8 but I think there is the W20 screw on it.
You need the third from above, Connection – Shell DIN external thread to – W21.8 x 1/14″ LH internal thread (Left thread) fits for GERMANY, FRANCE (AND MOST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES)

This is a left thread. That means you have to turn in the other direction.
I tried extra, unsuccessful. If it were turned to the right, in the video I turn to the left as it was supposed to turn.
Take the white plastic thing out. There’s a black rubber ring in there that’s enough to make it tight.

I even tried again, and I didn’t. That would have been turned to the right, in the video I’m already turning to the left as it should work to screw on.
Then you need to print a little and shave so that you can get over the seal with the connection that is initially a little tight and plus away from the thread
