In the first aid, you do not heal, but stabilize and clean. Cooling can thus be quite sensible for bridging up to decent supply.
It may also be important to cool amputates, for example…
Oh! Thank you:) what makes sense?
You can relieve pain and prevent/delay the swelling of wounds/ limbs. In addition, bleeding can also be reduced with cooling in order to be able to quiet better. Under certain circumstances, it is also possible to cool down the affected one completely, for example with a high fever. In principle, everything is designed to keep the affected water until professional help arrives. Thus, the “ideal” or “elegant” supply sometimes returns to the background and one goes over to “good enough for the first”.
By the way, it’s cool anything but smarring.
As so often, the dose makes the poison. For example, Dipped ankles nich a week long every day cool for hours…
Right right. Have you read exactly the opposite that cool position is now even reinforced… Think about it again. But it’s probably just for the benefit of the patient, mostly not true?
Cooling reduces swelling. Even in clinics is sometimes cooled.
That’s what I mean. That’s what everyone thinks. According to the latest state, cooling is no longer a swelling effect since it even causes the opposite. That’s why it’s so bad that the least deal with it, because it’s also used incorrectly in the clinic.
Yes, it helps. Just keep it cool and not cold. Direct cold makes tissue damage.
*Clinics
That’s what I’m talking about.
It’s about acute treatment.
You’re right, you can’t be cold. This reduces the risk of increased blood circulation in retrospect:) only the cold compresses from the dressing box are very cold…
Kn the first minute it has this effect, yes, but by cooling the tissue is cooled down, that is to say it is no longer “on” normal body temperature. As soon as cooling leaves, the body has to reheat the place, since it no longer contains the actual temperature it needs. Thus, the body reacts with increased blood circulation and the tissue swells more than before as it needs blood circulation to supply the injured tissue directly with oxygen and nutrients. You stop the first step of healing. If you think about it, it also makes sense, as you stop a natural process of the body, why do you do that? Since the symptoms are naturally unpleasant, but this is the point, with the pain the body protects itself from overloading the injured body part. 🙂
We only used refrigeration packs for combustion.
Never for anything else…
We?
Yeah, you and me. That means “we”…
Ah, interesting:) thank you
No, you might be doing wounds, no more…
Oh. I mean, what do you mean with us? My own question, does it not use it for bruises, etc? Because it’s an impediment to healing. That’s what I meant.
