Hello… this can be the nerves that lie in the tooth area.

Let’s see a dentist for clarification.

Crawling in the teeth when water strikes it is usually due to sensitive dental necks or exposed dental nerves. This can be caused by worn tooth enamel, gum reduction or small cracks in the tooth. The nerve ends then react sensitively to temperature changes. A special toothpaste for sensitive teeth can help alleviate the symptoms.

For sensitive teeth, I recommend Sensodyne Repair & Protect or Elmex Sensitive Professional. Both are specially formulated to alleviate tooth pain and strengthen the enamel.
