The condition of the question is wrong: The Ottoman Empire was defeated again and again, its attacks on Europe were repeatedly successfully rejected and in the end the Ottoman Empire was “the sick man at the Bosporus”.

Some examples:

In 1481 the Ottoman troops capitulated the Italian Otranto.
In 1529 they will be defeated before Vienna, in 1683 they will be defeated before Vienna.

The Baden Markgraf Ludwig Wilhelm, called the Turk blind, defeated the Turks in 57 battles and sieges.

Prince Eugen repeatedly defeated Ottoman troops, e.g. devastating Belgrade in 1717.

Mass instead of class. But that hasn’t done anything in the long run.

Vienna has been unsuccessful two times. 😄

So here in Schleswig-Holstein the Ottomans were never. Sweden, french, French or Spanish were never required. The fact that the Ottoman Empire had grips with the Balkans was probably more about their fragmentation. It’s still like this today.

As far as I know, this was only due to the overnumber of Ottomans.
