Why can't I log in to Instagram anymore?

Here's what happened: I tried to log into Instagram on my laptop earlier, but I must have remembered the wrong password. So I clicked Send Email to reset my password.
I use Insta on my phone and on my tablet.
Since then, nothing has worked. I haven't received a link, and I can't log into Instagram anymore. I've uninstalled Instagram several times, but that didn't help. I've also reset my password several times. Now, when I log in, it always says:
"Registration not possible.
An unexpected error occurred. Please try logging in again."
What does this mean? Has my account been deleted, are there server issues, or what?
I haven't been able to find a support email yet. If anyone has one, I'd be grateful if they could leave it for me.

Please use the search function here for the future. All meta-related services and websites currently have massive problems to perfect inaccessibility.

No, a lot of people can’t log in right now. There’s a problem with Meta. Probably in the whole of the EU.
