This is called (my guess) inner blockade. Find out why you don’t want to accept it and get busy. Work with your blockades and not against them. You can solve the blockade with meditating, so deal with your feelings, make sure what you think when you have the thoughts depressive. Affirmations can also help.

Are just tips and it can also be that it’s completely different with you!

Instead of accepting your depressions (diagnosticated?), you should start and treat them if you don’t get them under control.

You know what it means to accept a diagnosis? Have you ever been busy?

What consequences would it have to accept the diagnosis?
