Hey,

is the same with cars…

Prices are simply adjusted to the “possibility of payment” of the market.

But be careful about VPN-Ban:

https://www.giga.de/downloads/steam/tipps/steam-vpn-ban-wie-gefaehrlich-ist-der-ban-real/

If you use programs like OpenVPN, you risk immediate and complete deletion of your program
Steam accounts.

As already mentioned, we cannot give a final answer to the question of the VPN Ban (or even a probability in percent) at this point. There is a certain risk, however, and you should know exactly what you are doing when you bypass Steam’s regional lock using VPN.

Of course, this is cheaper in other countries, as in other countries it is also quite different. This price adjustment makes many stores, pages etc.

By the way, your account can be banned because it violates the policies.

Just like using VPN programs in combination with Steam

‘However, they are not entitled to emulsify the communication protocols used by Valve or to redirect them to any network feature of the content and services, irrespective of whether this is done by protocol emulation, tunneling, modification or by adding components to the contents and services, or by using a utility or other technology. ‘

And on:

‘Valve is entitled to delete your user account or a specific subscription/determined subscription at any time in the following cases: Valve generally introduces the provision of subscriptions to subscribers in a comparable situation, or (b) They violate the terms of this Agreement (including any subscription terms or terms of use). ‘

Since you have an account, you have also agreed to terms of use

How do you pay? With Steam credit or card, would you like to do that too…

The use of a VPN is prohibited in the Steam AGB you agreed to. VPN is easy to recognize. Using foreign shops is a violation of Steam AGB and leads to bann.

It is not allowed even with the unrealistic dirt of because of vacation you would probably be called and then you can write to support etc. Kp it stands in the AGB’s that it is not allowed because the of course want maximum profit

Great.

Steam is still not stupid, what do you think is why some use 2nd account and then make the game over.

Right, because you’re running very fast for it

If they notice you use a vpn because you use a ip that is used exclusively by z.b nord vpn you have the problem.
