Serious question?

Of course, that’s not a body injury. You can decide if you want to breathe the air yourself. ;-D Naja not actually.

The exhaust gases from the car, which some people who live on the road have to breathe every day, are also physical injury.

The basic condition of a bodily injury is that someone jeopardizes or physically harms the health of another negligent or intentionally. But how can one accuse a smoker of the body injury if it cannot be determined exactly when a body injury actually occurs as such?

There was actually the discussion or the comparison of cigarette quality to exhaust gases from cars. Unfortunately, there are no more detailed studies because there are several factors that prevent more accurate results. How often one inhales and exhales and how much of the cigarette smoker actually remains in the lungs. There another “expert” says again, car exhausts are permanent in the air, while cigarettes are not constantly inhaled, even if cigarettes produce more fine dust than cars.

Because everyone can decide whether to stay near a smoker or not. As with all other everyday emissions.

It’s your decision to open your window or not. Also a slightly unpleasant odor does not lead to physical impairments.

Smoking increases cancer risk, right. It’s not enough to smell some smoke.
