Why does Spain have different trains?
There are the AVE, Alvio, Ouigo, and Iryo in Spain. Why so many different trains? What distinguishes these trains?

Hi friends, I bought a Germany ticket on August 1st. However, I canceled it on August 2nd because I only needed it for one month. So far, everything worked out great without any problems. My friends then said that if I canceled it straight away, I wouldn't pay anything, which sounds like nonsense to me….
Warum gibt es verschiedene Telefongesellschaften? Früher gab es nur die Post, heute neben Telefónica/Móvistar noch weitere wie z. B. Vodafon oder Yoigo.
Bei der Bahn bzw. spanischen Eisenbahn ist es ähnlich. Heute fahren neben der RENFE (u. a. AVE-Hochgeschwindigkeitszüge) eben noch andere Anbeiter mit.
Staatliche und private Eisenbahnorganisationen.
In Deutschland gibt es auch eine große Vielfalt.
