Good day,
The installation of Fedora 38 does not work because the empty ext 4 partition supposedly has no storage space.
With the partition adjusted, I can get to the installation command, but then I get an error message saying that ext4 doesn't work without efi.
I have no idea what that means. Google's explanations aren't helping me either. Ask Fedora isn't helping me either.

Sure – you need a Fat32 partition for /boot/efi from which the system can start. The UEFI cannot read Ext4 partitions!

I have on the same laptop that I now want to install Fedora already Mint and Kubuntu – they can read UEFI, why not Fedora, is it Linux?
Do you have a WIN on the SSD plate (is broken, I will not repair) MBR with FAT32, should or can I just specify it? It’s on another SSD hard drive. This is supposed to be Fedora later after I tried it.
Installation is not until I uninstall Mint. Kubuntu remains.
I opted for Fedora because half a year ago (there has not been trimmed for UEFI-EFI) my loudspeaker sound worked, which is not the case with Mint and Kubuntu until today. Go with Bluetooth Headset.
But there was no KDE (Fedora Desktop I don’t like) – maybe it’s because with the Live USB Fedora doesn’t find any sound.
If you want to keep going, Mark, please tell me what screenshots you need (for Fedora, a new window will be opened for each action), or should I post inxi –full?
Why does Fedora need swap? Both Mint and Kubuntu pointed out that this is no longer needed – I have 12 GB of RAM.

The partitions are not complete.
I have 8 partitions with Windows, Mint, and Kubuntu and Home partitions on the first 1 TB SSD hard drive, which is strangely called sdb.
On the 500 GB SATA disk, sda, are 4 partitions, of which 2 empty ext4 formatted, where Fedora is supposed to be on it.
It would be good to know what the partitions look like. I still forgive SWAP because even 12GB RAM are not exactly lush. Have more love and don’t need as needed and don’t have…
