Why does my right testicle hang lower than my left? Do I have testicular cancer?

I also feel something down there but I think it's the testicle next to it that goes up, I mean down towards my feet or do I have a tumor

The testicles never hang at the same height. The wisdom of nature has deliberately hung them up differently, so that they cannot be laterally pressed against each other in their hiding. That would be quite unpleasant.

If they were to hang up, they would always be pushed against each other and that would hurt real and we could just walk around broad-legged. So that one hangs deeper is completely normal.

But if you feel what is not normal at a testicle (unevenness or so) or that something feels weird, then you should be a doctor.

This is normal, a certain difference in height must be quasi, otherwise it would become narrow, for example when running and pressure would be exerted.

It would be much more sensible to ask a specialist or a urologist than a layman forum. He can give you a clear and serious diagnosis.

But that they hang differently is normal. Almost every boy/man. Only if you feel unevenness, I’d visit a doctor.

No, that’s normal and natural

That they hang differently is completely normal and should be so.

No cancer, it’s nothing unusual.

The left testicle hangs down with me. This depends on which side you wear your penis.

If on the left, the left testicle will hang further down. If to the right, then the right hangs further down. Because the testicles want to escape the heat of the penis. Hoden likes to have something cooler.
