Warum habe ich nichts abgenommen?

Startgewicht: 70KG

Habe 1 Woche lang jeden Tag 2L Wasser getrunken, mehr als 20K Schritte pro Tag gemacht, viel Gemüse und Obst gegessen, immer ein Kaloriendefiziet von 500-1000 gehabt und jeden Tag 50 Liegestütze gemacht..Jetzt bin ich dementsprechend sehr unmotiviert weiterzumachen

Too high deficit, too high exercise, the body now puts on any calorie he can find because he is hungry.

You might have built up a few muscles, which was hardly possible with the chest.

Previous: 76 kilo and 1.97

Later: 109 kilo and 2 meters. (Muscle mass)
