Why am I not hungry every morning?

Since fifth grade, it's been the same every morning: every morning after I get up, I'm not hungry at all, and sometimes I even feel nauseous. But by 9 a.m., everything's gone, and then I eat normally. But do I need to see a doctor? 🙁

If you’re probably an owl, you call people who can go through in the evening forever, but don’t get out of bed in the morning, as a school child you have to get up early but it’s still not your “normal” time, so sleep Your stomach keeps going for a while. It’s quite normal for Eulen types.

The other people who voluntarily go to bed early, but then also voluntarily get up very early and can eat something as early as possible are called “Lerchen”.

I know many people who are not hungry in the morning and/or have no breakfast. It doesn’t have to be sick. But sometimes if you’re bad, maybe a doctor’s visit wouldn’t be bad. But don’t panic now. Maybe it’s just like you, not everything has to be sick.

No, it’s okay. I had that as a kid. Take a break, then eat at 9:00.

No. You don’t have to be hungry in the morning.
