Why does incapacity for work and disability not apply to alcohol?

It's really disgusting. I've been sober for a year, and I'm still having problems with alcohol! I tire very quickly and am physically very weak. And I can only work on a maximum of €520. Please don't tell me it's my own fault! Anyone who eats too much McDonald's for decades and then gets a heart attack also gets financial support!

You need to diagnose the following diseases, such as rapid fatigue (e.g. neurasthenia), by a neurologist. Then you’ll get support.

Then you might have to revoke. A lawyer will be free of charge as far as I know.

You should check with your family doctor whether a REHA would be useful and whether the costs are taken over by the health insurance company.

This definitely goes but is a long way and must be fully medically documented

I developed a paranoid schizophrenia in addition to alcohol consumption. Now I’m in a disability pension. But it was also a long way of suffering.

Because alcohol is a drug and fast food isn’t.
Food is part of daily life, but no excessive alcohol consumption.

It’s a big difference whether you get an infarction through unhealthy food or drug abuse.
