Why do people think cfs/me isn't real?

Why are there many people who believe chronic fatigue syndrome doesn't exist?

It's an extreme tiredness that just doesn't go away, and the more you do, the more exhausted you become.

Many people don't believe such a thing exists. And that it's like ordinary fatigue that can be easily overcome. Why?

Because you can’t see it. What you don’t see or want to see is not there.

You don’t think how many times I get to hear about my autism: “Don’t be so busy,” or about my depression when I get out of bed badly. It’s not that hard.” With regard to my generalized anxiety and panic disorder, I often hear: “What are you afraid of? It doesn’t happen.” Regarding my sleep disorders, “Don’t hold so much on electronic devices.” The best are those who say: “I want your problems.” – People have no idea. Instead of holding her mouth, they feel called for a comment.
