Why are there no decent canned fish?

Tomato fish, fried herring, etc.: you can't open them without making a huge mess.

Are there no packaging engineers who can patent a sensible idea, or do the “fish monopolists” not want to spend money on it?

I can open these cans without making stains. If you don’t, you could also use a can opener:

It is crucial not to press the lid when opening. Just hold on the edge, then ring-pull goes.

I don’t eat it anymore, but the pack has always been crap. But change? Why shouldn’t the young generation have fun?

Maybe you just do it wrong?! o_O

Press the tab, turn the ring and roll up the side! < then there is no mess!

If, of course, you just “knock” the tab and “draw” the packaging, … < yes, DAS could actually give a mess! ^^+gg

Are you still young? Such people like you are looking for in the food industry! Put it on! Join a university for an Ingenieurstudie der Fachrichtung “Verpackungstechnik”, here: Packaging Technology, Environment and Design (B.Eng.): BHT Berlin (bht-berlin.de) Prerequisite: Abi or Fachhochschulreife. No certification scheme (no NC). Get the proper fish wrap!

There are enough cans that you can easily open with a ring closure for tightening. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
