I've enjoyed playing Dishonored for a long time, but recently, ever since I got Windows 10 and my new graphics card, it stopped working. Try Rightclick on Dishonored.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run program for Windows 8. If this does not help reinstall the graphics card driver or repair or reinstall the installation of the game.
