The very idea of it is horrifying. Construction work, especially as a laborer, would certainly be brutal, but even with training, it's backbreaking work. And you don't earn any more than someone in an office.
So why would anyone let themselves be destroyed in construction for such little pay? Who would even do that voluntarily?
