Why do I eat so much more than others?
I'm 20 years old and 1.90m tall. I weigh about 87 kg and am an electronics engineer. Everyone else eats so little, and I always eat so much that I'm full for four hours.
If I eat a little something sweet, does that count as eating a normal portion? I'm only asking because my sister says I always eat cookies for dinner.
Gibt es an eurer Eisdiele eigentlich Pokemon Eis ? Also das ist so gelb-rot und hat oben drauf so kleine kirschen und ein stück ess papier . Ich wollte gerne wissen wie diese sorte normal heißt ? 🙂
Well, you’ll probably be bigger than others and, if necessary, more muscle mass than others. Accordingly, your daily needs are significantly higher than others, so you can eat more.
By the way, I am only 1.70m tall, weigh +- 60kg and eat more than my parents together. And even more than all I know with the exception of my partner. And? I need the calories, too, because I am very much at work every day, go, spoil heavy goods, etc. I mean, most of the time of the day, I’m just on zigzag and really just sitting when I get customers. And because I have much more movement and on working days he is at 15-20,000 steps and I also get over 10,000 steps on free days because I don’t sit on my butt all day, I just need more calories than others who might only have in one office job.
Thanks for that good news. I’m doing just 10,000 steps a day.
Apart from day-to-day needs, everyone also satisfies something else. With me, it’s also that I eat extremely much vegetables and I eat more than all others alone.
It’s like that’s a big difference. I was wondering when my environment sometimes eats so little and I eat so much. Maybe something wrong with me
Much is relative and depending on the size and physical activity, people have different calorie requirements. Or you’re used to it and don’t realize you’re actually tired. This is also possible.
With you, the “saturation feeling” is set differently biologically. There are, for example, people who have to eat and eat again after 1-2 hours.
Can you change the feeling of saturation?
Unfortunately, there are only operations known to me, because you have no influence on it.
You’re tall. That’s what everything is said. The bigger the more eat. But also with muscles. The more muscles, the more eat.
Maybe you eat ‘Falsche’?! Try to eat more fiber and proteins. It’s a long time.
Because you’re young and tall and you work physically.
