Warum enthält fast jede Schokolade Milch?

Also, es gibt zwar auch vegane Schokolade, auf Basis von Hafer, Kokosmilch oder Haselnüssen, aber normalerweise enthält helle Schokolade (Kuh-) milch.

Warum ist das so?

Because she wouldn’t be bright? 100% chocolate is extremely bitter and very dark. They are also available to buy from z.b Lindt (okay I mean that would be 99%, but this is already inedible). But you can’t get anything from that because she’s just that kind of asking. However, if you mix the cocoa butter with milk, it becomes lighter and less bitter. Apart from the fact that there is usually also tons of sugar mixed with the whole milk chocolate.

Because, like the cocoa itself, it belongs to it as an ingredient. Or do you want to eat pure cocoa? Without them there were only very hearty chocolate.

Otherwise it is bitter chocolate and whole milk goes better 👌
