Warum Dönerbetreiber so geizig?

Hallo Leute,

Die meisten Dönerleute sind ja Türken. Warum sind sie alle immer so geizig? Die geben nie viel Fleisch rein und verlangen viel Geld. In der Türkei ist es noch schlimmer da bekommt man noch weniger Fleisch! Warum?

  • Tomatoes 0,20€

  • Chili: 0.05-0,10 € per serving

You see that Meat the biggest cost factor in the Döner is. The operator can’t just do twice the amount, otherwise the costing is no longer up.

The animals are great!!! Animal husbandry 1A … AND: It is not really “euer” or more expensive than in the supermarket, because the butcher has no great cooling, no long transportation routes, no advertising, etc.

People always think that the butcher is too expensive… but it’s expensive to keep with the supermarket. Depending on the meat it may cost 1-2€ more, but for that the quality is a multiple higher!
