have you looked at the current bill, what is the date for the debit? This may vary.

Or maybe you have another bank account and we still have the change?

According to my research, there was an IT error in creating invoices during this period. We had therefore temporarily stopped the debits.

The error has now been found and the automatic debit is to be done today. I’d like to give you a feedback if it works.
