Hello less eating belongs to it, you must not make one, give up, take off from hot to morning, that can take years as with me too, have taken care of for years, after 3 months. I only started to take off, and this very dragging, not only looking at the scales but also looking at your figure, but there has been a lot later with me, when your underwear is too big

Then you take too many carbohydrates to you.

Plenty of vegetables, sufficient protein food, little fruit, little carbohydrates. No sugar. Water, unsweetened tea or coffee.

None Cheetos. Chips, knobs, energy drinks, limes, chocolates, rubber bears etc.

Tell your doctor a diet plan.

Because sport doesn’t bring anything with the wrong diet. Diet makes 80% of success. Go to the deficit and you’ll see

Then you were wrong. Do not make a diet but a healthy calorie deficit. It’s not about diet or anything else, it’s just about you.
