WARUM BESOFFEN wieder VERLANGEN nach SPEED (und was gegen das Verlangen tun) – Ex Junkie?

ich wollte euch mal was fragen
WARUM krieg ich immer so das verlangen Nach Speed wenn ich angetrunken oder sogar betrunken bin?
das Ding ist ich bin leider ein Ex Junkie. Bzw ich war sehr stark süchtig nach Speed. Hab dann aufgehört und konnte nicht dauerhaft clean bleiben als erstes da ich 7 Monate später rückfällig wurde. Seit dem Rückfall bin ich um die 9 Monate clean, aber immer wenn ich besoffen bin Kriege ich starkes Verlangen wieder danach, Erinnerungen (meist positive. Manchmal auch negative. Aber die positiven überwiegen sehr stark!), etc
seit letzter Zeit kriege ich auch einfach so starkes Verlangen, Erinnerungen etc. Also ohne alk.
Aber mit alk halt öfters und auch stärker.. vor 2/3 Monaten kriegte ich auch bekifft das starke Verlangen nach Speed. Aber bin seit 2 Monaten auch clean von Gras nachdem ich monatelang täglich gekifft hatte und auch süchtig war und sehr schwer ohne konnte. Nach Gras hab ich aber kein wirkliches Verlangen mehr.. bzw war echt ziemlich leicht. Hatte halt sehr krasse bzw. realistische echt wirkende Träume danach und leichtes Verlangen – mehr aber nicht.
bei Speed ist es halt sehr sehr sehr viel schwerer. Hab seit letzter Zeit wieder häufig echt schweres verlangen und die positiven Erinnerungen. Vor allem halt besoffen, aber auch ohne. Allgemein ist es von Speed so viel schwerer weg zu kommen, als von Gras. Zumindest bei mir. Das Ding ist auch in Speed war auch meist crystal meth drinnen und hatte mal ne sehr sehr extreme Überdosis auf Speed und crystal meth (folge: 2 starke krampfanfälle) seitdem NIE WIEDER irgwelche Krampfanfälle, obwohl ich lange Zeit weiter gezogen hatte (halt normale Lines)
ich wollte nur fragen warum das so ist.. und habt ihr vllt Tipps was man bei dem Verlangen und den positiven Erinnerungen machen kann? und Hoffnungslosigkeit. Ich mach grad mein Führerschein also wär wshl echt ein problem ne Drogenberatung.. ich mein sollte es die Führerscheinstelle herausfinden.. aua
habt ihr Tipps gegen das Verlangen und die Erinnerungen? (außer Drogenberatungsstelle)? Und warum ist das eig überhaupt so? (Besoffen eher verlangen und Erinnerungen bzw stäkeres und häufigeres)?
ich hab’s mir eh geschworen NIE WIEDER zu ziehen! Weiß halt nur nicht was ich bei starkem Verlangen so machen kann außer Drogenberatung. Deswegen die Frage

Not even a year-round and such a drug career, alcohol is not much better by the way. Wake up boy, you’re building your whole future. The desire for it is so strong because reason is the mental barriers that you do not want to make it softened by the alk.
I know that. Do you really think I would not like to turn the time back?? I can’t. I’ve been completely clean for several months or almost a year of speed. But I can’t do anything for the desire and the memories!!!
and I don’t drink too often. I guess I’ll be fine with 17.5. And I won’t do it like that. I’ve done everything I can and I’ve made my life more or less good. For this lifetime fight against addiction, I can’t do anything!
When I once again felt like something or other, I took snuffabak to me, so to speak, to feel the pain in the nose, I find the pain somehow pleasant and you connect the pain with a good feeling of the substance and so you can trick the brain.
Looks like we’re all different about this.
Please go to drug counseling.The driver’s license doesn’t run away you’re 17.5 years and not 75 years. Better now than later, now you can help. I can’t imagine the alcohol triggering the desire for speed. I’ve never experienced and never heard, but it’s possible. Just go to drug counseling, please.
Your desire will not be less if you don’t do what directly. The alcohol does not trigger the desire, I think he supports and intensifies the desire. Alcohol acts gaba’erg, I guess that’s how the night of addiction gets even more cranked and you get really hot on it.
I also know that with the alcohol that I absolutely want to smoke or smoke (although I don’t normally smoke)

Ex junkie is just an EHEMALIGER junkie. Of course, you remain mentally addicted forever, and you have an increased risk of falling back and slipping in completely, but you can still be clean or stay until you have a very strong will and discipline. and I’m not talking about alk, but I’m getting drunk for speed. Therefore, I do not want to give up 100% of alk. I’m very rare. But even “suffering” I get more and more frequent and more demanding for the dirt… this is the problem! It’s to stop!
