Why does another phone have more bass?

We have a system in our youth room consisting of a TA2400 power amplifier and two Behringer Eurolive VP1520 speakers. When my boyfriend connects to the system, the whole place shakes. When I connect, there's bass, but no vibration. Is it my phone, or the fact that I use Spotify and he doesn't, or do you have any ideas? However, when other people connect via Spotify, the place shakes too.

PS: I have a Samsung Galaxy A40 and my boyfriend has an iPhone (which one I don't know)

Thanks in advance LG

It’s more like bad shots. Maybe you didn’t set the loudness to max on the handy, otherwise I won’t mind.

You probably set something on your audio output on your phone. There you can configure bass, etc.

Yes that is normal that there are fluctuations in the sound mixing from manufacturers to manufacturers!

Output level of the headphone output. Switch a mixing console in between and level depending on the source.

Unusual, should actually provide similar levels. Otherwise, the same principle also applies here, in which the signal chain is connected a mixing console for one level in between.
