Warum beeinflusst Wasser so stark meine Periode?

Hallo liebe Community!

Your body is reckless in the survival struggle.

Instead of simply excruciating the mucous membrane with blood, it must make it dry with cramps, because no liquid must be wasted and only the minimum is used.

Even for reproduction, if the body is in the exceptional state, there is less energy there, a pregnancy would be life-threatening, so the mucous membrane is rather expelled too early than too late.

Well, that can be because you’ve been drinking unhealthy little. And if only your womb already reacts like that, ask how your other organs could show nothing.

Yes, because the other organs often make problems when they have massive often no more curable damage.

So, for example, a heart failure or strongly hardened heart muscle, because your heart is no longer pumped to solid blood.

Therefore, one should react and prevent that.

You drink absolutely too little and the more fluid your body has, the easier it can reduce the mucous membrane. But you really have to force yourself to drink significantly more, and I think that you are drinking more unconsciously, because with this amount you would not be viable. A miracle you have even your period

You have to come at least 1.5 liters. And if you have to force yourself, it’s just a matter of reconciliation. This is extremely unhealthy or even life threatening

If you are permanently dehydrated, this will naturally affect your body.
