I believe that you can use any post- or pre-silve for any rank (except perhaps pupils, leaders and boy). That’s why I’m also for names that don’t necessarily have every healer, so more for names that I could use for warriors.
Names that I wouldn’t use would be those that directly address how nice and friendly he is. Why? At birth, the character properties are not yet known. So I think it’s unwise to call a cat after that.
Besides, the name has nothing to say about the character. I was once in a role-playing game where a friendly medicinal cat wore a name with the Vorsilbe blood.
