Would that make sense for the cut?

I went from 52 kg to about 71 kg and gained a lot of muscle mass, but I'm slowly getting a little fatter, so I wanted to get down to 76-77 kg and then start a diet down to 65 kg. Would that be okay?

By the way, I am 1.81 tall
