Heating failure for 6 months, is reimbursement of electricity costs sufficient?
My heating will be completely out of service from October 2023 to April 2024. The landlord only wants to cover the cost of purchasing an electric heater plus the increased electricity consumption. Am I still entitled to a rent reduction, or is the landlord within his rights?
