When does the pill work?
I took the pill five hours later than usual one day in the second week (a Maxim combination pill). If I continue taking it, when will the pill start working again? Do I have to wait until after the seven-day break?

Hello, I was prescribed Swingo 30 today and wanted to ask about your experiences with it. I know every body reacts differently, but I would still be grateful if you could share your experiences 🙂
Hello, does anything happen if I take the pill 3-4 hours later? And what if I have sex during those hours and then take them later?
Hello, I've been having dark brown spotting for five weeks, and since last night, I've had severe abdominal pain. Since today, the spotting has been the same intensity, but it's become bright red/red, like my period. My gynecologist prescribed me the pill, which you take on the first day of your period. Am I having…
Hey, I have a problem. I had sex on September 22nd, which was a Saturday. We used contraception but the condom broke. I can't explain it myself. However, we stopped straight away and he didn't come. I felt really bad about it and got the morning after pill on Monday. When I took it, I…
Do you notice something like that? At the latest when you fill it with water after sex? I'm often very paranoid and worried that a hole will appear somehow or other.
Hello Poker438
At Maxim you can take a forgotten pill up to 12 hours later without losing protection. Stand also in the package.
You take the pill completely normal and continue to be protected
Greetings HobbyTfz
My female doctor said it was only 2 hours after
Read the package leaflet, there are 12 hours
So if you’ve always taken every pill in time and only taken one late, it’s normal nix. Especially if you continue to take the pills at your usual time and make the pill break at your usual time, your protection will remain.
There are pills there you have a cardiac period of 6 hours and other preparations (like my, Gabrielle 20) there you have all 12 hours.
Check in your package leaflet how long this cardiac time is with your pill.
What pills do you have a cardiac period of 6 hours?
I know 3 hours at the 28mini, 12 hours at most other pills, and 24 hours at the 24/4 preparations.
I was kind of at 6 at Minipillen…
Like all other combined pills, the maxima have a tolerance of 12 hours. All right, you’re still protected.
See if you were still in the Karenzzeit.
There’s nothing like that. At least I didn’t find anything.
But that’s what it says, but I don’t have a package leaflet, and I honestly don’t want to look for one on the Internet now to make sure to say the right thing.
