That’s what you’re doing. If you say “voice” in there, or kill yourself in this way, this is certainly a personal danger. Also the intention to kill yourself.

But also gives people, e.g. an acquaintance who jumped into a river only a few days ago to the “ice bathing” in the middle of the night. This is, of course, not a danger to self (at least not in this sense).
