I was supposed to go swimming with two friends tomorrow. However, I suddenly got my period today, and I'd have to swim with a tampon tomorrow or cancel. I'd hate to do that, but I've never been in the water with a tampon before. I'm also not sure when I should change the tampon or how long I should stay in the water.
