When does the voice break?

I'm 16 and I have a question. I don't understand why my voice isn't breaking. I'm 5'9" and I have armpit hair and ball hair, but my friends tell me that I look 14 and sound 12. I understand, I don't quite understand it. I sometimes watch old videos. My voice has gotten deeper, but not really deep. Everything is growing normally, but my voice somehow isn't getting deeper. How about you? I have the feeling that in terms of my awareness and maturity, I'm 18, but I'm in the wrong body.
