wann kommerzielle Nutzung erlaubt?
hey
Whether your work has enough height of creation to be regarded as an independent work, if someone sues you, a court can always tell you when it is so far.
I can only tell you so much that dishes in Germany are mostly on the side of the author. There were already cases where someone just painted a picture on canvas and had to laugh for copyright violation.
Ave!
If the corresponding licenses of all original images permit commercial use, this is possible.
To do this, you must find the actual author of the Memes and request this license.
Of course, you own a copyright on the design of the final product, but nevertheless the copyright of the individual images incorporated remains with the respective creator. You only have the copyright on the composition, not on the (original) images used in it.
No!
Unless people give you the right.
The photographers, painters, designers have the right to copyright. In no case can you use it commercially, which you have not completely designed or created yourself, because you are not the author.
Usually the fun stops when you earn money. So take more than you spend.
