Wann kann ich alleine wohnen und hat es Einfluss wie lange ich arbeite?
Ich fange diese Woche eine neue Stelle an da ich bei meiner letzten Arbeit gekündigt wurde wegen zu hohem Personal. Nun arbeite ich in einer anderen Stadt die aber eine Stunde von mir entfernt ist . Ich hatte sowieso vor dort hinzuziehen nur mir wurde gesagt das man 3 Monate Berufserfahrung braucht . Ich habe meine Ausbildung 2021-2024 gemacht und danach war ich Vollzeitkraft und habe paar Monate weiter als ZFA gearbeitet. Nun da ich die Stelle gewechselt habe , muss ich weitere 3 Monate warten ? Und was ist mit der Probezeit ? Achten die auf irgendwas bestimmtes ?

But I would do that anyway at your place. I’d wait for the trial period and commute the first three months. Maybe you have friends / colleagues in the city with whom you understand well and where you can sleep when you leave in the evening or the weather is very bad.

During the trial period, I would not move, at least not if the company is “only” away for an hour. What if something, for example your nose, doesn’t fit the boss, you live there for free…
To move, you don’t need a professional experience.
