Either I use the motorcycle for work or on free days as early as possible with the woman as a passenger in rather unknown areas. I avoid the motorcycle hotspots. By 2017, I almost only drove racing trainings.
All the Moto Vloggers have to show the audience something. This is bad without other road users. Simply slide through beautiful landscapes does not bring any clicks. Behind a buddy or you can compete with others or even put on it can be better presented.
I’m honest now. When I was driving a motorcycle, I was a nice weather driver. I just didn’t have fun in the rain. Mei, when you get into the rain, you can make nix. But if I was able to find out, the dock stayed in bad weather.
Then I find the people who consciously only drive their city rounds are mostly just posers who think they can impress others with their motorcycle. I can and will never imagine how such a motorcyclist can be fun. Greater cities have been avoided by us. We’d rather have bought a few kilometers more. Besides our goal was just in town.
Then, to work or something, I never drove with the motorcycle. I’m very honest now. When I did the motorcycle helmet down, I basically looked out like an exploded toilet brush. I didn’t like it on tour. But so, well, it just didn’t want to. I am a woman and yet a bit vain;)
We usually only drove our tours at the WE.
When does not matter.
I’m driving because I’m having an animal fun. Be it the short round of houses alone, beautiful tours or holiday trips with friends, biker meetings with like-minded or racing track trainings.
I prefer to drive in Central Mountains, where there are good roads with many curves and little traffic.
I don’t care about you. Many of them tend to cast a very negative picture on motorcyclists (e.g. Querli or Alpi).
If possible and weather suitable in everyday life. Fitness, medical appointments, etc.
Or stop a small tour, mostly on weekends
I drove mostly on the weekend. Smaller day tours of 100-200km length. Mostly always on land roads and for emergency also highways. City was always largely avoided unless a destination was in the city. Often we were at the German eck.
I’m just driving because I’m having fun. All this city Youtube drivers are not motorcyclists for me. They only take the motorcycle to specify and be seen and to make doofe spells or tell stories. So motorbike driving is for me freedom, the connection with the motorcycle, the streak and nature. As well as all things around, wind, odours, acceleration, curves so drive oblique position etc. And I like to drive fast and preferably on free curly roads (land roads) with little traffic. The time doesn’t matter, the main thing not to hot and beautiful weather. I’ll never drive in rain unless I’m on tour and get in the rain.
I rarely agree with you, but in this post I do it with heart 👍🏻
These motovloggers also upset me. I can’t look like that.
I don’t bother me totally 🙄
I made my first rounds at a completely empty town at night.
I was looking for night shifts, which were much more likely to end. That was in winter. No snow, I just had to pack myself warm.
Later I made smaller crossings.
So slowly I got into ever stronger city traffic. In the meantime, I also fall into dense traffic mutilation.
I’m happy to go to my most distant mate, because the same way by car costs much more fuel.
