When do I use the relative pronoun Quien in Spanish?
Simple Club says that Quien only refers to things and personified objects. But in the next sentence, it refers to the taxi driver, doesn't it? Studysmarter says it always refers to people. So when do I use Quien?
It refers to persons and not necessarily with preposition:
Quien no lleve cinturón pagará una multa.
Is a taxi driver not a person?
