You should first explain what “effect” you mean.

“sweet” also happens without consumption.

Sugar usually acts relatively fast, within seconds or less minutes. However, if you eat a cookie or chocolate, for example, it usually takes a little longer, as fat slows the intake of sugar into the blood.

When does sugar begin to work?

Every food “acts” in the second when you take it in your mouth. Mostly “acts” it even if you see it right or right (flood flow is stimulated etc.)

The question cannot be answered without knowing what “effect” you mean?

Hallihallo 🙋🏻,

if you have the effect:

= Conversion into energy,

then it is about 5 – 15 min.

The sugar must first be in glucose

to be transformed into blood

and then to the cells.

And the insulin must also be

key hormone stand parat,

around the cell for glucose

🔑🔑 to exclude.🔑 🔑

Sugar is already absorbed by the mucous membranes in the mouth. This also shows how strongly organisms react to sugar.
