Hey, ich habe seit Februar eine feste Zahnspange. Ich war heute bei der Prophylaxe und seitdem scheuert es beim Essen so doll, dass ich blute. Sollte ich das abwarten oder in der Praxis anrufen? Wachs hab ich keins mehr 🙁

Moin, weiß jemand, warum ich schon seit mehreren Jahren oft ein sehr starkes Ziehen am Kiefer habe? So, als würde ich irgendwo gegen stoßen oder so. Manchmal ist es wirklich sehr stark. Was könnte die Ursache dafür sein, und kann man etwas dagegen machen?

if a bracket is shy, then you should cover it with wax before you have shredded the oral mucosa.
I’m sure you know someone wearing a brace. You can usually get wax. Sugar-free (!) Chewing gum also goes and usually keeps better.
If it’s already white, you should cover the bracket. In the pharmacy there are camomile and sage rinses that promote wound healing.

I don’t know anyone wearing a brace. 1. Is that difficult without friends and 2. I think most people have already completed the treatment with 19 or 20.
If you don’t have a wax, I’ll call. Then the one over will not look but give the wax. So you don’t have to let the pain fall:)
