Wachstumsschmerzen?

Hey,

Ich bin zwar schon 20 aber immer wenn sich das Wetter ändert habe ich schmerzen in den Beinen und Armen. Es ist so ähnlich wie bei Wachstumsschmerzen?

Habt ihr das auch? Und was kann ich dagegen machen?
