Wie wieder schnell Gewicht aufbauen?

Ich war 5 Tage in Krankenhaus und hatte soweit mein Gewicht halten können. Jedoch wiege ich jetzt insgesamt knapp 2kg weniger als vor der Krankheit (anscheinend hatte ich Wassereinlagerungen von der Bettruhe-> ich war in Quarantäne). Das Hungergefühl ist soweit wieder gut zurück und ich achte über Yazio darauf, genug für meine Gewichtszunahme zu essen….

While it is different with guys (sometimes grow with 15 still about five cm, like I, for example, others start to grow properly) it is unfortunately with girls MEIST so that they do not grow much at the age, say about five cm. As I said MEIST, there are other cases, such as with my sister: When she was 15 and I was 17, she went to my nose. A year later suddenly to the eyes. Another year later she was about as big as me and when she was 18, she was bigger than me.

that is actually always very different but on average you say a woman has grown up with about 20 years.

Can depend on inheritance factors. Sometimes you grow in raids. That’s it.
